nashville's own cortney tidwell doesn't play many live shows around town, so when i found out she was celebrating the completion of her new album with a residency at the basement i cleared my calendar for both shows (wednesday, june 11 and wednesday, june 18). believe me, it'll be worth every bit of your $5 - especially considering all the special guests slated to attend: kurt wagner of lambchop fame, lone official, altered statesmen, the privates, and possibly more.
