record store day 2009 is fast approaching, so you might want to go ahead and mark your calendar (unless you're going to coachella, you lucky jerk) - saturday, april 18 is the day.
in case you're new to it, there are a lot of special dvds and cds released in celebration of record store day. plus it gives everybody a chance to stop in and say hi to all the other music dorks out there.
